The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of commercial and residential projects within the SEQ region. Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
You will be an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong commercial construction background. Safety-focused, organised, and able to lead teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site-based activities across commercial and residential projects
* Supervise subcontractors, trades, and internal teams to drive project outcomes
* Assist in project planning, programming, and delivery
* Prepare and review tenders, quotations, trade packages, and construction programs
* Provide accurate estimations and contribute to cost control
* Conduct site inspections and manage compliance with building standards
* Oversee WHS practices, including audits, inspections, and plant checks
* Ensure risk assessments and safe work method statements are in place
* Champion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on site
Requirements
* Construction trade background
* Current WHS General Safety Induction Card (White Card)
* Proven supervisory experience on commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and compliance standards
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar software
* Formal trade or construction qualifications
* Strong computer and reporting skills
