We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Diabetes Specialist Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care to patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who have moderate, high risk, and active foot problems.
* The successful candidate will work collaboratively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective clinic-based care models, home visits programs,
and education initiatives for diabetes management.

Key Responsibilities
1. To design and implement a robust integrated system of care for diabetic feet within the community diabetes service
and across the interface between Tier 3 and Tier 4 patients,
1. ensuring a consistent high-quality
& systematic approach to patient care through regular assessments.
Provision of expert guidance on prevention strategies for diabetics is also required., Diabetic Foot Care Specialist Senior - Key requirements. Including ability to work independently as well as part of an Integrated Team. Experience working with Diabetic Patients essential.
