Job Title: Healthcare Leader
The successful candidate will lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing efficient and professional pharmaceutical services to the hospital and public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pharmacy stock (own, loan and consignment)
* Lead and manage people in the department
* Deliver a safe and efficient pharmaceutical service
* Provide an out-patient pharmacy service
Required Education:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
Required Experience:
* 5-7 years working as a pharmacist in a community or institutional/hospital pharmacy
* 3-5 years supervisory or managerial experience in an institutional/hospital pharmacy
Desirable Skills:
* Risk management processes and procedures
* Financial management
* Ethical and surgical product knowledge
* Relevant Pharmacy legislation
* Medical Aid Scheme benefits and regulations
