Are you an experienced Administration Officer with strong skills in Xero, invoicing and accounts receivable? Join our dynamic and growing equipment hire company in Salisbury South where your attention to detail and administrative expertise will play a key role in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and issue invoices for hire equipment and services
Manage accounts receivable, including customer follow-ups and reconciliations
Accurately enter and maintain financial data in Xero
Provide administrative support to the operations and finance teams
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Assist with general office duties including filing, document management and data entry
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administration or accounts role
Strong Knowledge of invoicing and accounts receivable processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and a part of a small team
Previous experience in the hire or construction industry (advantageous but not essential)
