The Role
This role suits either a high-performing internal candidate who has progressed from Sales Associate and shows leadership capabilities, or an experienced external sales professional with a proven ability to convert leads, manage pipelines, and exceed monthly revenue targets and displays leadership qualities. Candidates must demonstrate sales discipline, commercial acumen, consistency, and strong product understanding.
Purpose
To consistently drive high-volume originations through inbound and outbound lead conversion, while demonstrating refined control of the full sales cycle and assist with the development of Jr. Sales Associates
Key accountability
- Identifying and qualifying leads.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales team members.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback.
- Attend internal sales meetings and training sessions to build product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with current campaigns and promotions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences..
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
About you
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Demonstrate sales discipline, commercial acumen and consistency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
