Join us as an Enrolled Nurse!
Mount Gambier Nursing Bank is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our flexible placement pool. The role offers opportunities for ongoing, temporary, part‐time or casual work across a range of clinical areas, supported by experienced teams, preceptors and mentors.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Registered Nurses/Midwives in safe, high‐quality, person‐centred nursing care within your scope of practice.
* Undertake and assist with routine and specialised nursing procedures according to care plans, policies and professional standards.
* Monitor patient condition, recognise clinical deterioration and raise concerns appropriately.
* Contribute positively to teamwork, quality‐improvement activities and a supportive, respectful workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
* Enrolled Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia certification and current practising certificate.
* Team‐oriented clinician with experience delivering nursing care under appropriate supervision.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage respectfully with people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures.
* Professional who demonstrates sound clinical judgement, maintains confidentiality and is committed to safe, evidence‐based practice.
