Not a “move fast and break things” shop.More like “move deliberately and build things that can’t break.”
I’m working with a rapidly scaling SaaS platform used daily in real-world, high-stakes environments. This isn’t greenfield tinkering. It’s a mature, complex production system where stability, performance and judgement actually matter.

What You’ll Be DoingBuilding and improving backend functionality (PHP-heavy environment)Working across React + legacy jQuery (yes, both — and modernising pragmatically)Designing APIs and integrationsDebugging real production issues (the interesting kind)Optimising MySQL queries and improving performanceShipping safe, incremental improvements to a live platform
This is engineering with responsibility. You’ll be trusted to think about downstream impact, regression risk, and system integrity, not just whether it works on your machine.
The Tech PHP (strongly preferred) If you’re strong in Java, C#, or Python but comfortable operating in a PHP environment, we should still talk.jQueryMySQL
