The RoleSanitarium is seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Manager to join our Meals manufacturing vegie delights team in Berkeley Vale, Central Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our factory plant, including all production machinery, buildings, grounds, and utilities. About the Role As the Maintenance Reliability Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate the site maintenance reliability team across shifts. Manage site-specific maintenance activities and oversee contractors and contracts. Take responsibility for security management across the site. Provide engineering support, coaching, and guidance to maintenance and production staff. Respond promptly to plant breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis. Implement contingency plans and manage unexpected events. Drive LEAN and cost-down initiatives. Ensure compliance with BRCGS Food Safety Standards What We’re Looking For Qualified mechanical fitting background (mechanical trade qualification is a must). Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance management within food manufacturing. Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams. Strong knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and principles. Experience with computerised maintenance management systems. SAP/MEX would be advantageous Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) You are adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in Australia.
