Job Title: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, providing clinical oversight and case management for customers with complex health needs.
* Provide clinical oversight and case management for up to 20 customers.
* Lead and support a team of approximately 25 Registered and Enrolled Nurses.
* Deliver direct nursing care as required, including wound care, respiratory and airway management, bowel and urinary care, and medication administration.
* Coordinate site orientation, clinical competency-based training, and ongoing supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in assessing patient needs and developing effective care plans.
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve high standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
* Valid registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse in Australia/New Zealand/United Kingdom, with current practicing certificate.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.
