Job Role: Frontline Support Coordinator

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, ensuring their experience is smooth, respectful, and informed. You'll manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient communications with ease.
Liaising with hospital staff, doctors, and clinical teams will also be a key aspect of your role, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail. In addition, you'll check patient GP referrals and Medicare data for accuracy to ensure seamless delivery of services.
