Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the Customer Delivery team to ensure seamless operations
* Maintain high productivity and performance standards within the designated area
* Organize and manage work activities within the area of responsibility to optimize efficiency
* Supervise catering trucks to ensure safe and timely delivery to aircraft
* Conduct administrative tasks such as shift reporting and rostering
