About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist in developing, implementing and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms and Search Engine Marketing channels. Your goal will be to drive revenue, traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
With a self-initiated, collaborative, and analytical mindset, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the website, including content updates, functionality checks, and troubleshooting. Ensure the website is performing optimally and remains secure.
* Coordinate with content creators to update and manage website content, including text, images, videos, and other media. Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Monitor website performance, including load times, traffic, and user behaviour. Implement best practices for SEO and optimize site speed and functionality.
* Enhance user experience by ensuring intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the website.
* Support team to plan and execute co‐branded marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and event initiatives. Ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand strategy and deliver measurable results.
* Work with outside vendors (advertising agencies, SEO/PPC agencies, etc) to deliver strong results for Hertz's multi‐brands online programs
* Regular liaison with ecommerce & digital teams across Hertz International Marketing in UK and Hertz Corporation in the United States.
About You:
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
* Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in managing operational marketing in a customer‐centric environment.
* Degree in Marketing and /or other business discipline.
* Proven track record with Ecommerce marketing success with a visible brand in an international environment.
