Job Description:

The role of Finance and Business Support Manager involves overseeing the daily administrative operations and corporate support services across the organisation. This includes leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with risk, audit, and governance obligations.

This pivotal part-time role also drives improvements across HR, internal communications, marketing, and office management, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative workplace culture.

* Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across local government

* Develop and implement effective systems for operational efficiency and strategic capacity

* Build a strong finance team that supports continued growth and sustainability

About You:

* Degree qualifications in Business, Finance or a related field

* Proven experience in operational and financial leadership within a service-based organisation

* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

* High-level organisational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities

* Knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk frameworks

* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
