BCP Group is a long established company based in Busselton W.A. with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand extraction & supply, Road construction and general earthworks. BCP are currently seeking experienced ticketed Loader Operators.
You will need to be a good all-round worker when it comes to operating civil plant and willing to jump off the machines and get into the trenches as required.
To be considered for this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:
* Experience operating Loaders in Civil Construction (minimum 2 years' experience)
* HR License (Minimum)
* The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
* Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively while unsupervised and as a team member.
* Demonstrated willingness and ability to comply with Workplace Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation and plan requirements.
* Demonstrated understanding of maintenance / operational requirements of plant and equipment and willingness to undertake minor maintenance activities and replacement of consumables.
* Appropriate plant operating competency certificates
* Construction Industry Induction (White/Blue Card)
* Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screen & company medical
