Front Office Receptionist Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Receptionist/Guest Service Agent.
As a key member of our rooms division, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm welcomes, handling enquiries, and delivering exceptional service that reflects our high standards.

You will be responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, confirming and processing reservations, completing pre-arrival checks, following up on late arrivals, changes or cancellations, monitoring room blockings, reporting pick-ups, VIPs and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records and booking systems, process payments, receive and record all monies. Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen and food & beverage teams to communicate guest needs and special requests.
Requirements
* Previous experience in front office, reservations or customer service role in a 4-star hotel/resort environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner
* Proficient administration skills in software programs such as MS Office
* Be proactive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise the workload to handle multiple tasks & enquiries simultaneously
* Excellent time management, attention to detail and ability to problem solve
* Demonstrate a friendly professional manner, positive attitude, work well in a team environment and are committed to providing guests with service excellence
