The Role

We're looking for a driven B2B sales professional to join our tight-knit, high-energy Sydney team. In this hybrid role (mix of office and remote), you'll own lead generation, build lasting client relationships, manage accounts, and close sales of our digital media and IR solutions to ASX-listed companies and financial professionals. Expect phone-heavy outreach, sharp negotiation, and a focus on delivering value that helps clients stand out to investors.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound calling, networking, and research
* Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at listed companies and in finance
* Manage the full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, close, and onboard new clients
* Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise retention and upsell opportunities
* Collaborate closely with our small, results-focused team to hit revenue targets

Must-Have Skills & Experience

* Proven B2B sales track record (ideally in media, digital advertising, IR/PR services, or financial/tech solutions)
* Outstanding phone presence — confident, professional, and engaging on every call
* Strong lead generation and account management experience with measurable results
* Sharp negotiation skills and a natural ability to develop long-term client relationships
* Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-starter who thrives independently but also collaborates effectively in a small team
* Comfortable with tech/tools (CRM, video platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace)
* No hesitation picking up the phone and making things happen — hunter mentality essential
