The hotel features 145 stylish guest rooms and two well-established food and beverage outlets, catering to a diverse range of guests. As part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio, this property maintains a strong presence in the local Adelaide market.
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager with a proven track record of operational leadership. This hands-on role involves driving commercial growth, building a strong presence within the local community, and elevating the guest experience.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on exceptional service and operational excellence.
* Maintain visibility across the property, engaging guests and inspiring your team to deliver memorable experiences.
* Lead, coach, and support department heads to build an engaged, high-performing culture.
* Drive commercial performance through strategic decision making.
* Champion continuous improvement to elevate the guest experience and streamline operations.
* Build trusted relationships with owners, asset managers, and community stakeholders.
* Represent the hotel confidently within the Adelaide market, strengthening local presence and reputation.

* Proven operational leadership with depth in Rooms and capability overseeing F&B operations.
