We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator to join our team in Albany Creek.
This is a full-time permanent position in a modern boutique practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments.
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining our amazing customer and team culture by providing continued excellent customer service to our patients.
You will lead a team of Dental Assistants and assist the Practice Manager in preparing patients & facilities for dental treatment, delivering quality chairside assistance to our Dentists, and coordinating treatments.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who is passionate about customer service and patient care, and has the ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
Our ideal candidate will have ideally 2+ years' experience working in Australia as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator, and a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting.
