Mental Health Service Nursing Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Mental Health Service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with consumers, carers, and other team members to deliver individualized evidence-based care.
The role involves working in a 24-hour care environment, providing patient-centered care and supporting individuals with mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based care to patients with mental health issues
* Collaborate with consumers, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
* Provide patient-centered care that respects individual rights and dignity
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* CURRENT REGISTRATION AS A REGISTERED NURSE WITH AHPRA
* Demonstrated experience working with mental health consumers, including those with co-morbidities
* Application of evidence-based practice for delivery of individualized patient care within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to person-centered care, reduction of seclusion and restraint, recovery model of care
* Commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families
* Evidence of participation in own professional development and willingness to share expertise with colleagues
