Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of this role. As Venue Operations Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive smooth daily operations, outstanding guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance across multiple outlets.
* Manage and coordinate daily activities across assigned venues, ensuring service excellence and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of around 40 staff members, including full-time and casual employees.
* Support the leadership team in recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
* Drive financial outcomes by managing wages, costs of goods sold, and stock control while maximizing revenue and profit through analysis, innovation, and events.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Venue Manager, or Senior Supervisor in a premium hospitality environment.
* Strong wine knowledge is highly desirable; experience as a Sommelier or Senior Sommelier is preferred.
* Ability to manage multi-outlet or large-scale operations, ideally across restaurants, bars, and room service.
