As part of our strategic expansion in Brisbane, we are building a newly created team of Digital Valuers to service our growing list of financial institution clients.
The Opportunity
This is a role designed specifically for high-performing Residential Valuers who want to focus on delivery and volume. As a Digital Valuer, you will move away from the traditional field-heavy model to a high-efficiency desktop and hybrid workflow.

The Role
Joining our new Brisbane team, your primary remit is the delivery of quality residential valuations for our bank and non-ADI clients.
* High-Volume Delivery: Focus on the efficient production of valuation reports using advanced digital tools and market data.
* Market Intimacy: To ensure you maintain a deep connection to the local market, Digital Valuers will regularly rotate through in-field work, keeping your experience sharp and your market knowledge current.
* Lender Compliance: Ensure all reports meet the specific requirements and professional standards of our diverse client base (Banks and Non-ADIs).
* Workflow Efficiency: Leverage our digital infrastructure to minimise administrative tasks and maximise your daily output.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy and professional integrity while achieving market-leading turnaround times.
About You
You are a qualified Residential Valuer with a strong work ethic and a desire to be at the top of your field in terms of productivity. You are looking for a role where your remuneration is a direct reflection of your performance.
* Qualifications: Current CPV or RPV status with Associate Membership of the API.
* Performance Mindset: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding volume targets.
* Digital Fluency: Comfortable working in a data-rich environment and using modern valuation platforms to streamline your workflow.
* Focus: The ability to work with discipline and precision in a high-production, delivery-oriented team.
