Hiring for a tenacious Credit Controller with years of experiene managing end-to end Credit management process

Our client is a wholesaler of healthcare services and products offering offers retail support to major groups and brands.
**Your new role**
The 'Credit Officer' will be responsible for the whole end-to-end management of the Credit Process supporting the National Credit Manager.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Credit Assessment of both 'new' and 'existing' trading accounts
- Opening of new accounts
- Receipting and allocation of customer payments
- Daily Bank reconciliation
- Trading Account reconciliations
- Customer Collections
- Credit limit reviews (both new and existing)
- Ongoing Customer maintenance (Both System and Soft Copy Files)
- Managing held orders and zero-term accounts.
- Timely and articulate communication (oral and written) with both internal (eg Finance Management, Sales and Operations) and external Customers.
- Job rotation within the team as to Business Unit/Debtors Ledger
- Ad hoc duties as directed by Finance Management
**What you'll need to succeed**
**Essential experience**
- Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience (Accounts Receivables Policy and Procedures)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hands-on approach with good attention to detail
- Results-focused/goal orientated
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Demonstrated a proven ability to successfully manage customer conflict and resolution
- Demonstrated exposure to various AR Systems such as SAP, Oracle, MYOB
- Ability to manage upwards and within expectations
- Excel and Word Microsoft - Intermediate to advanced level
- Reliable team player with a 'can do, will do - done' attitude.
