In the capacity of a Human Resources Officer, you will collaborate with the HR team to deliver an efficient advisory service to regional management teams and employees.
You will undertake various HR operational tasks in accordance with policy and legislative frameworks.

This position is part of a larger organizational structure. The department is negotiating an agreement to cover all employees.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
* Analyse information for the development and implementation of policies and strategies on HR projects and issues.
* Assist with case management matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, rehabilitation, and return-to-work initiatives.
* Process paperwork and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related matters.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless administrative HR operations.
* Proactively identify HR management challenges and provide feedback and options for improving work practices.
* Prepare correspondence and briefing notes on HR-related topics.
* Utilize SAP to collect and manage HR data, providing insights to the Principal Human Resources Advisor.
* Maintain establishment data and employee records.
* Participate in and provide support to recruitment and selection panels.
This role reports to the Principal Human Resource Advisor.
