Accounting Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team. This role requires expertise in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and refine complex accounting prompts and problems to test AI reasoning.
* Develop grading rubrics defining what constitutes a correct and complete answer.
* Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and completeness.
* Write model answers and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI performance.
Requirements:
* PhD or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field (current enrollment acceptable).
* Deep expertise in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design graduate-level problems.
* Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
* Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.
