**About our role**:
We have a great opportunity for an energetic, motivated, and driven Retail Sales Administrator to join our Retail Sales team, based at our Head Office in Melbourne.
This is a permanent, full-time role, reporting to the National Sales Manager (NSM) Retail Operations, this role will be pivotal in offering administration support to both our NSM and the General Manager (GM) Retail, as well as the broader Retail Leadership Team and Retail team as required.
**What you will do**:
- This position will be varied and include coordination and support to the GM of Retail and the Retail Leadership team and Retail team activities both internal and external
- Attend retail meetings as required for minutes and action follow ups
- Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and processes
- Responsibility for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for the NSM Retail Operations
- Liaison point for internal and external customers where appropriate
- Manage various planners and internal communication tools to ensure smooth running of the retail team and timely two-way communication to the field team and accounts
- Complete and submit to payroll the weekly timesheets for our part time retail employees
- Manage the point-of-sale orders, distribution, forecasting and budgeting requirements with external providers and the Retail Field Managers
- Load and manage external invoicing
- Managed and distribute the planogram store requirements between all states in conjunction with the retail field managers, national account executives and third party as required
- Be the key contact for retail field operations and proactively build a positive team environment
**About you**:
Your administration skills and ability to build successful working relationships will see you effectively manage a diverse stakeholder group. You will be working closely with a high performing sales team, so previous FMCG experience is preferred, but not essential.
Strong attention to detail is a must. You will be confident and bring a high level of professional written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to work well autonomously and be able to self-manage. You will be highly skilled in Microsoft administration software, Outlooks, Word, Excel, Power Point, One Note and Teams.
Importantly you will be someone who loves a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage conflicting priorities with flair.
