**About the Role**:
**As the Bookkeeper**, you will report directly to the Managing Director and work alongside the Accounts Manager in an open-plan office.
**Your day-to-day** responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and process invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Present financial reports in meetings
- Prepare balance sheets
- Action Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Officer or similar
- Experience in handling a large volume of invoices
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting procedures
- Familiarity with national and state compliance and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping highly regarded
