Mobile Retail Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a unique role in our organisation. This mobile position involves travelling across remote communities to provide relief management and support the operation of community supermarkets.
This position requires the ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and have strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse cultures and languages.
* Experience with retail systems (POS, stock control, staff management)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to challenging environments (limited resources, supply chain issues)
