About the role
Ezi Build Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on the Gold Coast, QLD. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing specific maintenance projects across our completed and ongoing projects from Northern NSW to the Sunshine Coast. A unique opportunity for an experienced supervisor without the typical day to day site stresses.
What you'll be doing
* Supervising and coordinating a team of trades people to undertake specific maintenance projects
* Scheduling and overseeing planned maintenance projects, including key inspections throughout
* Ordering materials to ensure projects are not delayed
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
* Liaising with project managers and other stakeholders to align maintenance activities with construction schedules
* Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and expenditure
* Assisting Site Managers when required on active sites
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
* Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, systems and maintenance procedures
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
* QBCC supervisors license ,relevant trade qualifications or certifications
* The ability to travel
