* Manage and support a team of airport service specialists
* Oversee aircraft turnaround standards, policies, and compliance
* Drive improvements in aircraft turnaround systems and deliver system enhancement initiatives
* Manage ground service equipment, including budgets, maintenance, and procurement
* Monitor freight operations and performance against service level agreements
