Qualified plasterer (Full-Time)

We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial plastering services across the Northern Rivers region. With a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, we take pride in delivering clean, precise finishes on every project.
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities include:
* Installing plasterboard (drywall) for walls and ceilings
* Setting, finishing, and sanding plaster surfaces to a high standard
* Cornice installation and patchwork repairs
* Suspended ceilings, bulkheads, partition walls and steel frames
* Interpreting plans and measurements for accurate installation
* Working across residential homes and commercial sites
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Liaising with builders, contractors, and team members on-site
What We Are Looking For:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Proven experience in plastering/drywall installation and finishing
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Good time management and reliability
* Physical fitness and ability to handle manual work
* White Card (Construction Induction Card)
* Driver's licence preferred
Remuneration:
* $80,000 – $100,000 per year + superannuation (depending on experience)
* Full-time, ongoing position
* Consistent pipeline of work across residential and commercial projects
* Supportive small team environment
