What You'll Be Doing
* Lead day‐to‐day kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef
* Maintain high food quality, consistency, and safety standards
* Coach and develop a team of Cooks to help elevate their skills
* Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
* Set the tone during busy services and create a positive team culture
* Ensure every guest enjoys a great food experience, every time

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who brings:
* You hold a valid Blue Card, First Aid and CPR certificate or you're willing to obtain
* Solid experience in high‐volume kitchens
* A calm, organised approach under pressure
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
* Pride in consistency, safety, and high standards
* A team‐first attitude and alignment with our values
