We are on the precipice of an exciting customer and consumer led transformation that will be delivered through an amazing brand development and leadership.
About the Role
This role represents a rare opportunity to be a part of launching new brands as well as overhauling existing ones. You will have a high degree of autonomy, backed by a network of category and marketing experts, as you create plans to launch a new brand(s) into the marketplace with a goal of winning consumers hearts and minds.
While winning with consumers is a number one priority, this is also a strong commercially focused role; key metrics for this role will include improving consumer metrics, managing A&P; spend to deliver ROI, and positive commercial performance for NPD delivered for all brands within the portfolio.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial marketing role in an FMCG setting. You will:
- have a good understanding of brand management and brand development
- be commercially savvy, with well-developed stakeholder management and analytical skills
- have demonstrable experience with the NPD process and a proven track record of managing projects
- use initiative to make improvements and drive efficiency in all aspects of our business
- have an unwavering commitment to delivering results
