We are seeking a dynamic Business Line Manager to lead the Power and Light (PAL) and Portable Flow (PAF) portfolios across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
This is a high-impact role focused on maximizing business results, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Own the PPF P&L;, drive growth and profitability, explore emerging technologies (ESS, hybrid systems, digital tools), and expand markets without impacting existing partnerships.
Product & Market Strategy: Use market intelligence and customer insights to shape offerings, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage pricing to maximize gross profit.
Operational Excellence: Set and deliver strategic goals, optimize resource use, and report performance to leadership.
Team Development & Leadership: Build a high-performing, customer-focused team, foster a values-driven culture, and develop future talent through coaching and clear performance planning.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and industry bodies, represent the business at key events, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
What we expect of you Proven experience in Business Line Management, sales leadership, or product strategy.
Strong commercial insight and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
