Joining our Shellharbour team, you'll enjoy fortnightly team lunches and take in the beautiful local beach just down the road when the weather allows! We also host regular social catch-ups in the area, including after-work drinks, creating a fun and supportive team culture.
You'll be working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physios, EPs and Poisitive Behaviour Support Practitioners, managing a mixed but predominantly paediatric caseload within the ECA and NDIS disability space.
Day-to-day You Will
Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beachBuild enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.
