We've recently moved into a great office space based in Warners Bay and are expanding our administrative support team to keep things running smoothly.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a reliable and proactive individual to support our Office Administrator with day-to-day operations. This casual, in-office role is perfect for someone who is available two days a week, enjoys variety and being part of a collaborative team.
Daily you will:
 * Manage office correspondence and maintain our document management system
 * Coordinate stock management – from generating quotes and tracking deliveries to processing invoices and dispatches
 * Support client communication and inventory updates
 * Organise inductions and site-specific training for team members
 * Ensure the office is well-stocked and manage supplier relationships
 * Arrange team travel as needed
 * Assist with general administrative tasks and overflow work

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
 * A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
 * Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
 * A foundational understanding of accounting principles
 * Practical experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
 * Experience with Xero or Workflow Max (desired not essential)
 * A strong commitment to quality and customer service
 * Proficiency in MS Office applications
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Familiarity with administrative procedures and practices
