That's where you come in.
The Role:
As our Installation Manager, you'll be a vital part of our Installs team, helping to oversee the pre-assembly and installation of our products on vehicles.
Your expertise will be crucial in:
- Managing the product build process
- Ensuring accurate measurements and top-quality assembly
- Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment
- Overseeing daily workshop operations
- Ensuring products are ready for powder coating and installation
- Managing workflow and prioritising tasks
- Assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving

What We're Looking For
- Experience in vehicle accessory fitting or a similar field
- Leadership experience advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Netsuite experience, highly regarded
- A valid manual driver's licence
- Forklift ticket
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
