Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Project Training Manager.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for six months with the possibility of extension(s).
As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Program Delivery Business Unit, the Project Training Manager is responsible for:
* Designing, developing, executing and delivering a comprehensive training strategy to facilitate the implementation of HRMIS and its supporting components across WA Health.
* Cultivating, fostering, managing and sustaining effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors, both internal and external to WA Health.
* Creating, monitoring, assessing and validating an extensive learning suite, and customising it for diverse users and learning styles.
* Continuously updating and refining the learning suite and training material to keep pace with evolving system enhancements.
* Actively addressing feedback and identifying areas for enhancement and devising solutions.
