* Providing high level of support for individuals and ensuring each person is treated with respect that enhances their personal worth, dignity and rights.
* Assisting in achieving individual's, team and service goals and objectives.
* Seeking ways of improving the service standards through working closely with clinical caregivers, managers and stakeholders.
Maintaining a high level of service provision for all individuals and ensuring the health, wellbeing and safety of all people is supported and staff are maintained.
To be successful in this role, applicants must be willing to complete a Certificate 4 Mental Health Peer Work within first 24 months of tenure, hold a valid Working With Children check and National Police Clearance.

Benefits
Salary: $69,084 to $70,531 plus 12% Superannuation
Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week
