We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive self-starter to provide critical operational and executive support to our Managing Director based in Southern Highlands with operations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. This pivotal, high-output role blends Executive PA duties, office management, accounts administration, sales support, and the implementation of AI-driven digital systems. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in managing critical business functions, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic growth. Your responsibilities are varied, ensuring no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Executive & Office Support: Provide daily PA support (calendar, international travel, scheduling) and manage office operations, documentation, and executive workflows. Accounts & Finance: Assist with banking, payment processing, essential financial admin, and invoicing using Xero. Sales & Operations: Support machinery buying/selling/trading across AU, NZ & EU. Prepare sales documents, manage listings on global trading portals, and coordinate with international stakeholders. Systems & AI Implementation: Drive the adoption of high-tech tools, including AI, to improve efficiency in trading, inventory management, and internal processes. Maintain systems and ensure data integrity. Marketing & Digital: Manage and create engaging content and update online advertising campaigns. Skills & Experience Profile Proven proficiency with Xero, banking tasks, and financial administration. Strong competency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Comfortable using AI tools, automation, and quickly adopting new technology. Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively with minimal supervision. Experience in construction or agricultural equipment, farming machinery, or related industrial sectors is beneficial.
