About the Role
* The Conveyancing Manager will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing staff across two offices.
* The ideal candidate will have expertise in Queensland residential conveyancing, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
* The Conveyancing Manager will report directly to the principal conveyancing Solicitor and play a key role in training and development of conveyancing staff.
* Pursuing marketing initiatives for the conveyancing department is also an essential part of this role.
About You
* To excel in this role, you will require proven experience in Queensland residential conveyancing.
* You should be able to independently manage conveyancing files from start to finish.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems is necessary.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills are also required.
