You will work through complex, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills.About The RoleAs a Portfolio Manager, you will oversee performance, delivery, and people management of the Store Infrastructure Technology initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence, strategic goal alignment, and building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities include:Communicate the Store Infrastructure Delivery vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.Partner with technology and business teams to understand projects and convey their value.Engage with a variety of customers and build trust with stakeholders.Keep stakeholders updated on the status and roadmap through proactive advocacy.Demonstrate leadership qualities aligned with Coles values.Own work agendas and activities.About You And Your SkillsAt least 10 years of senior IT experience in retail technology infrastructure, including support roles.Experience in strategic planning, organizational structure, operating models, and enterprise alignment.Experience in capability functions and continuous improvement.Skill in objective setting, planning, and external stakeholder management.Proven people management and resource planning skills.Understanding of operational aspects of technology environments.Solid technical background in retail technology infrastructure and services.What’s in it for you?Flexible working options for work-life balance.Office perks including gym, parking, BBQ area, mini-supermarket, and more.Team discounts on supermarket and liquor purchases.Recognition programs with rewards.Learning and development opportunities.Paid parental leave.Share plan investments.About The Recruitment ProcessWe value diversity and inclusivity, encouraging applications from all backgrounds.
