Job Description

Key responsbailties:

1. Drafting contracts, preparing employee change letters, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting compliance documentation.
2. Coordinating new starter processes, welcome packs, inductions, and exit checklists.
3. Updating and maintaining HR systems with employee data, leave records, and reporting requirements.
4. Posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
5. Assisting with scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and updating the LMS.
6. Supporting internal communications, wellbeing initiatives, and culture-building activities.
7. Assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
* General Enquiries: Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and escalating where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Officer/Coordinator should have:

8. Experienced in HR coordination or administration, ideally within fast-paced or complex environments.
9. Holding or working towards a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (e.g. Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree).
10. Confident with HR systems and tools (e.g. HRIS, Microsoft Office).
11. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
12. Excellent communicators with a proactive, team-first mindset.
