As a participant, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of Livestock, working with experienced employees and leaders who will mentor and guide you every step of the way.

* Business skills - compliance, sales and client relationship building, communication, marketing and social media, understanding finance, problem solving and negotiation
* Livestock skills - next generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements

Successful participants will have:

* A strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry
* Excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities
* Successful completion of Year 12
* Worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock
* Be willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
* Be vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination
* The ability to work in a team environment
* Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills and leadership potential
