Successful participants will have:
* A strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry
* Excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities
* Successful completion of Year 12
* Worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock
* Be willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
* Be vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination
* The ability to work in a team environment
* Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills and leadership potential
