How You'll Shine
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to guests.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized and stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun setting.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage workplace
- Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge
- Experienced barista with a passion for coffee
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of OH&S; guidelines and legislative food safety requirements
