Coopers Alehouse Wallaroo is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in one of South Australia's premier coastal hospitality venues.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to drive menu development, lead and mentor your team, manage food and labour costs, and deliver exceptional food experiences for locals and visitors alike.

About the Role
Lead all kitchen operations
Menu development and seasonal menu planning
Food costing, GP management and stock control
Team leadership, recruitment and training
Rostering and labour management
Maintain food safety and compliance standards
Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
About You
Proven Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen financials
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience managing rosters and kitchen teams
Passion for quality food and continuous improvement
