IT Support Role Overview
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT requests and issues, providing high-quality support to our people. You'll work in a collaborative and supportive IT team where your growth matters.
You'll be responsible for resolving tickets in line with SLAs, escalating when required. You'll also maintain and update guides, FAQs, and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms. You'll need a customer-first mindset with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for IT issues via walk-in, phone, email, and ticketing systems
* Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets in line with SLAs, escalating when required
* Maintain and update guides, FAQs, and documentation
Requirements
* Experience in 1st level IT support (hardware, software, user access)
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Strong communication skills
