Empowering youth development specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Empowering Youth Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive pre-employment support to young people, helping them develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes.

As an Empowering Youth Development Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop resources, facilitate group and individual workshops, coach individuals, and connect them with employment or training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, high computer literacy, and a genuine drive to see young people succeed. A recent National Police Check and current Working with Children Check/QLD Blue Card are also essential requirements.
