Role Overview
The Planning and Validation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the balance between internal and external supply demand for locally manufactured products. This includes performing equipment qualification and process validation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze supply and demand data, propose production schedules, and manage procurement planning to meet business objectives.
* Maintain and update material master data, MPS, and MRP parameters to support efficient production processes.
* Oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes to minimize disruptions.
* Conduct validation activities to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
* Develop and execute qualification and validation protocols, provide training to staff, and participate in risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.
* Foster effective communication among manufacturing, supply chain, and validation teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in manufacturing planning and validation processes is highly desirable.
Key Skills and Qualifications
You will need proficiency in SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and you should be autonomous, detail-oriented, able to manage stress, and work effectively within a team.
