Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.
**About the role**
The ICT Executive Administration Officer provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.
**About you**
You have an exceptional background in providing administrative support to senior leaders to allow focus on critical tasks that involve high-level decision-making, strategic planning and core business functions.
Your ability to coordinate and manage administrative services, allows you to meet business needs and promptly respond to complex enquiries and issues that you are encountered with. You have a tracked record in developing and implementing systems, procedures and methods, that have supported and improved efficiency, cost management and service delivery.
Attention to detail, time management and communication is the key to your work ethics that drives your motivation to provide and deliver excellence.
We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.
