We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to lead our multi-site customer service team. As a Senior Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through exceptional customer experiences, while ensuring operational excellence across our growing retail network.
Sales Growth & Commercial Leadership:
* Lead Store Managers to achieve sales targets, conversion metrics and KPI outcomes
* Embed a product-centric sales culture that is customer-led, service-driven and results-focused
* Implement and analyze sales and service data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps

Customer Service Leadership (Direct Team Management):
* Lead and manage the Customer Service team, including Team Leaders and/or Advisors
* Set service strategy, standards and performance expectations across all customer touchpoints
